CheckTheCrib enables end
users at manufacturing plants to aggregate their tooling
and equipment material requirements into a single source for
identification, usage, quoting and ordering.
Manufacturing
plants provide a list of their plants' equipment and part
manufacturers to CheckTheCrib to begin the setup process. CheckTheCrib
then works with each of your vendors to assemble accurate and
complete part lists for
your tooling and equipment.
The assembled part information is loaded into CheckTheCrib's
secure e-commerce database and a demonstration is conducted for
your management team. Upon acceptance a lineup is conducted for
your plant's end users and CheckTheCrib remains available to assist
as needed.
All information relating to part data, pricing and order history
is treated as confidential and only made available to the equipment
/ part manufacturer or manufacturing plant under mutual consent
of both parties.
CheckTheCrib's out-of-the-box solution suits most manufacturing supply chains
and plant requirements, however exchanging data with proprietary
systems (i.e. ERP
systems and EDI)
and customization is available.
